Our Statement:

It is our policy to use our best practices and techniques to produce castings and other products to the customer's individual requirements, satisfyingly, so the customers will return for future working partnerships with confidence.

International Standards:

We will produce castings and other products to British, European, American and other National standards at the customer's request and requirements.

Material Certification:

Is carried out by outside independent laboratories for customer's specific requirements and is charged for separately.           Link to various tests available for cast iron

In House Systems:

We have a bespoke computer system designed to complement the following:

Quotations- Records and Information.
Drawings- Storage, location and retrieval.
Orders- Check against quotation and evaluate requirements.
Patterns- Storage, location, numbers, core boxes.
Pattern Making- Check method and treble check dimensionally.
Production- Timing and materials and/or certification required.
Sub contract work- Organisation and involvement.
Dispatch- Check, dimension, weigh, paper work, transport.
Records- Keep information regarding production and certification, last order, pattern numbers, style and location, sub contract details and certification details.
